“The Undiagnosed Diseases Network (UDN) is a research study backed by the National Institutes of Health Common Fund that seeks to provide answers for patients and families affected by these mysterious conditions.”
There are various criteria that have to be met (listed in the application link below), but if you meet it, then this is a great place to apply to if you have been unsuccessful in your diagnosis journey.

Academic & research based medical institutions are a great place to be seen and assessed at if you are unable to get diagnosed at your current facility. These institutions are more equipped to take on rare or hard to diagnose cases and can hopefully help you get answers.
Places like Stanford, John’s Hopkins, Cleveland Clinic, UCSF, etc. are all great places to consider visiting for help.
There are many academic and research-based medical institutions so we recommend searching for some closest to you.
If they too are stumped – then Mayo Clinic may be a great option to try. You can learn more about how to apply to Mayo Clinic below.
