At this time, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you are unhappy with your item and/or there seems to be an issue with your item, please absolutely let us know and we will do everything we can to work with you to make it right for you 🙂

We accept cancelations within the first 2 hours after placing your order, but are unable to after that window. This is because it is immediately sent over to begin processing and fulfillment at our center and once that process begins – there is no way to cancel or change any of the information on the order.
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order within that time frame – and if it is after that time frame we will be unable to make any changes.
If it is decided that you were sent an item that is damaged or incorrect – we will provide the return information when you contact us.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
