At The Chronic Collective, We Know That Living With Any Kind Of Chronic Condition Is Really Hard. Being Diagnosed With A Rare Condition Unfortunately Just Makes Everything That Much More Difficult.
It Can Be Really Hard To Navigate Doctors, Medication, Research, Even The Community When There Is So Much Unknown And So Few People With Your Unique Diagnosis. It Presents A Unique Set Of Challenges That Others With Non-Rare Conditions Don’t Often Face.
We Wanted To Create A Collection Just For Those That Are Rare To Help Them Feel Supported, Seen, And Give Them A Way To Start Conversations That Help Raise Awareness Around The Difficulties Of Living With A Rare Disease.
